When you register as a candidate, we collect your email address, password, and the profile information you choose to provide, which may include work history, skills, certifications, employment preferences, and supporting documents you upload. Client organizations provide contact and organizational details when Multiphase sets up their account.
How we use your information
We use candidate profile information to review and verify candidates, match them to open talent requests, and communicate with them about their account and applications. We use client information to manage talent requests and placements.
What clients can see
Candidate identities are anonymized before a client ever sees a profile. Clients see relevant skills, experience, and qualifications, not a candidate's name, email, or other directly identifying information, unless and until Multiphase facilitates an introduction.
Data retention
We retain account and profile information for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us using the details below.
